Fifth Foundation Day International CME and World NCD Day

World NCD Federation in collaboration with Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh is organizing an International CME on Digital Health and NCDs to mark its Fifth Foundation Day and celebrate World NCD Day.

Theme of the CME: Digital Health and Noncommunicable Diseases

Objectives of the CME: The objectives of the CME are to:
  • Provide an opportunity for doctors working in public and private sector, National NCD Programs, faculty, and PG students in Medical Colleges for better approach towards Digital Health interventions
  • Discuss the clinical decision support system using digital health
  • Discuss the Digital Health initiatives for universal health coverage and achieving the sustainable development goals.
Key focus of sessions: There will be thematic sessions on digital interventions in NCDs: cancer screening, management and control, heart diseases, diabetes, heart diseases digital health interventions, clinical decision support system using digital health and Panel discussion on Digital Health for Universal Health Coverage in NCDs.

Participants: Program Officers, Medical Officers in the NCD cell at state/district/sub-district level, private practitioners, faculty, resident doctors working in related departments of Community Medicine, Medicine, Cardiology, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiology, Radiotherapy, Neurology and Nursing Colleges.. Limited seats are available, on first come, first served basis.
